Kapinote is desktop software for recording, transcribing, organizing, and analyzing meetings. Kapinote is currently provided free of charge, with every feature available and no purchase required. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or internal business purposes.
The feature set may evolve with the product. Third-party speech and AI providers may require separate accounts and fees.
You must follow recording, consent, privacy, employment, and intellectual-property laws that apply to your meetings. You are responsible for obtaining required participant consent and for the content processed through providers you configure. Do not use Kapinote to record unlawfully, invade privacy, or infringe others' rights.
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. We may disable accounts associated with fraud, abuse, or material violations.
Pre-1.0 releases may contain defects or change. The software and website are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapinote is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
